Shipping:  Each Bouncing Woolies order is custom made for you. Bouncing Woolies is a small, work-at-home-mom operation and products are made by my two hands.  I work as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining proper quality control.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped; your patience is greatly appreciated.  If you need your order rushed please email me and I can try to accomodate your situation.

Quality Control:  Each woolies is felted three times to ensure quality. I work extremely hard to create perfect woolies, but things can happen.  Every company experiences defects from time to time. If by chance you have a problem with your woolie, please email us (visit contact page) and I will work to rectify the mishap.  We guarantee superb customer service at Bouncing Woolies.  It's feedback (positive or negative) that helps us improve and grow!

Warranty:  Our wool dryer balls have a one year product warranty.  If for some reason your woolie is non-functional due to a defect, please email us. You must provide a photo, proof of purchase and explanation. We may ask for more information if we feel necessary. Be aware that combining dryer balls with dryer sheets or using non-Bouncing Woolies oils will void the warranty.

Returns/Exchanges/Custom Design Orders:  Because each order is custom made for you, I am not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time.

Fragrance:  Bouncing Woolies uses high quality fragrance and essential oils when scenting your woolies.  Be cautious of other fragrance oils, as we have not tested them on our materials. Using non-Bouncing Woolies fragrances will void your one year warranty.
